Packaging and Protection

To prevent damage during transit, we follow a strict packaging process:

Bubble Wrapping: All mobile parts are securely wrapped in high-quality bubble wrap for protection.
Hard Plastic Box: Products are placed inside a durable, shock-resistant plastic box.
Tamper-Proof Sealing: Each package is sealed with tamper-proof tape to prevent unauthorized access.
Final Layer Protection: A secure plastic wrap is added for extra safety.

Delivery Time

Multan: 24 to 48 hours (Overnight shipping available through courier services)
Other Cities in Pakistan: 2 to 5 days (Depending on location and courier service availability)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. If courier services are unavailable in your area, self-pickup may be required.

Shipping Charges

Under 500 grams: Rs. 250 - 300
Above 500 grams: Rs. 350 - 500

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Important Shipping Guidelines

Customers must provide an accurate shipping address at the time of checkout.
Courier services do not allow parcels to be opened before payment.
Any claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Return Shipping for Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product, please contact our support team immediately.
The product must be returned in unused and original condition.
We will cover the return shipping cost if the mistake is from our end.
