Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for incorrect or damaged products.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email or call our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Provide Proof: Share clear images/videos of the received product to verify the issue.

  3. Return Process: If eligible, we will guide you through the return process.

  4. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with.

  • Mobile parts that have had the protective film removed.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or incorrect installation.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product sent), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a customer’s mistake (incorrect order placement), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is not available.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
