Return Eligibility

Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange or refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with.

Mobile parts that have had the protective film removed.

Items damaged due to improper handling or incorrect installation.
Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product sent), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a customer’s mistake (incorrect order placement), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is not available.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected.
